Frequently asked questions

Get to know your virtual office.

Understand the basics of business addresses, mail handling and choosing a plan.

What is a virtual office?

A virtual office provides a business address and mail handling services without requiring you to rent a dedicated workspace.

What is the S$20 processing fee for?

Registering costs a one-time S$20 processing fee that covers reviewing your application. It is charged upfront, before approval, and is non-refundable — it is kept whether or not your application is approved. Your plan price is only charged once you are approved.

How long does verification take?

Most applications are reviewed within 1–3 working days of submitting your documents. Your address becomes active as soon as verification clears.

Does a virtual office include a desk or private office?

Our displayed plans focus on business correspondence. Desks, private offices and meeting rooms are not listed as included services.

What does self collection mean?

Self collection means you visit the collection location to pick up your physical mail. Check the collection hours and requirements before visiting.

How is mail forwarding different from scanning?

Forwarding sends your physical mail to a delivery address. Scanning creates digital copies of eligible letters so you can read them remotely.

Why would I choose both forwarding and scanning?

Combining the two gives you digital copies to read remotely while also having the original documents forwarded to you.

How should I choose a plan?

Think about how often you receive mail, whether you can collect it in person, and whether you need digital copies or physical originals. Compare the options on our Plans page.
